Good Luck in WAR

WARGood luck to any Setanta club members, and all other competitors, taking part in the Wicklow Adventure Race (WAR) today, which Paul Mahon is involved in organising. I see Tony Doolin and Gerry Lalor are taking part as well as Eoin Keith and John McEnri (ex-members) but there may be others that I missed.  See http://glendalough.wicklowadventurerace.com/.

WAR consists of 18km mountain running, 53km cycle and 2km kayak - run Spink mountain, cycle Glendalough to Lough Dan, kayak Lough Dan, cycle Lough Dan to Djouce, run Djouce mountain and finally cycle from Djouce, over the Sally Gap, back to Glendalough. Sounds like it will be a tough one!! The sunny, clear, calm weather should help though.
