Club introductory event
With a good influx of new members, the club is running an introductory event at Hellfire Woods on Sunday 11th April. The event will be mainly for those who are new to the sport and wouldn't mind getting a few helpful hints on orienteering. It would also be a nice opportunity for all just to meet, and to put faces to names. Start times are from 12.00 to 12.30 and parking is in the Hellfire Woods car park. Check out the map section on the club website if you need directions. As always, club events are free. A couple of longer courses will be available for older members if you want a bit of a run aswell.

Open to all members
This introductory day is open to all members, new and old. It is a chance to get some tips from the more experienced members, even if you have done some orienteering before, as well as getting to know each other. As Dave said, there will also be courses available for anyone who just wants to come out for a run.
So, come along no matter how long you have been in the club and introduce yourself to anyone you don't know!
