Club Champs 2010

The 2010 club championships were held on 4th September on a new map of the Dodder Valley Park. The map was so hot off the presses, in fact, that there was a delay of over an hour in starting – apologies to all. Some fast times were posted, but the usual secret handicapping formula was applied, the result being that Mick Mangan is the worthy club champion for 2010, and was presented with the perpetual tophy in a moving ceremony held in the salubrious venue of Morton's back bar in Firhouse.

Thanks to all the club members (& a few guests) who turned up for what turned out in the end to be an enjoyable occasion, despite the initial hiccups.
