An MTBO event will be held in Djouce Woods on Sunday, 26th September.
This is a classic distance event following on from the middle distance in Castletimon on Sunday, 19th September. Don't forget to bring your bike helmet along with your bike; they're compulsory.
Planner/Organiser: Dave Weston
Directions: See map reference above. It will be signposted heading south out of Enniskerry and from Kilmacanogue.
Length: Approx 13km and 9km
Pre-marked maps and SPORTident timing will be used. You must have your own bike and bike helmets are compulsory.
Start times: Between 11.30 and 13.00.
Cost: €10 for Senior, €8 for Junior.
€2 to hire an SI card and €30 if you lose it.

Another well received MTBO event was held on Sunday in Djouce with approx. 30 competitors. It was great to see so many Setanta members out also. Thanks again to Dave for organising. Hopefully some other clubs will follow the lead and put on an event or 2 later in the season.
